- Newsletter sign-up: if you subscribe using the form in our website footer, we collect your email address (and name, if asked) to send you updates. We only do this with your consent and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Technical information: like most websites, our web host and website software may log your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site working.

SK:N is a trading name of Lorena Cosmetics Holdings SPV Limited (company number SC817369, registered office 200 St Vincent Street, Glasgow G2 5SG). Records of your consultations are held securely by Lorena Cosmetics Holdings SPV Limited, which is the data controller for that information. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run the website and handle messages, including our website host (Hostinger), our email provider, Meta (WhatsApp) if you message us there, our email marketing provider if you subscribe to the newsletter, and Google if you use the embedded map. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own privacy terms. We may also share information if the law requires it.
